Terms of Service

1. Use of Service

Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they are linking to does not violate any laws or regulations. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, illegal content, adult websites, offensive language, illegal websites, and any other content deemed inappropriate by ShortForward.

2. Payments and Refunds

Payments for premium features are processed through Stripe. We do not offer refunds for any payments made.

3. ShortForwad+ and Lifetime access

ShortForward+ is a premium feature that provides users with additional functionality and benefits. Users who purchase ShortForward+ receive lifetime access to the premium features. Extra charges may apply for high traffic usage:

- 0-1000 clicks per month: Free
- 1001-5000 clicks per month: $5 per month
- 5001-10000 clicks per month: $10 per month
- 10001+ clicks per month: $10 per month + $0.001 per click

4. Link expiry & Right to cease of service

ShortForward reserves the right to delete any links that violate our terms of service. We also reserve the right to cease the service at any time without notice. Users are responsible for backing up their links and data. ShortForward is not liable for any loss of data resulting from the cessation of the service. Furthermore, links associated with a free account will be disabled after 24 hours. ShortForward+ users will have lifetime access to their links, they will not be disabled, unless fees described above are not paid.

5. Liability

ShortForward is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our service. We do not guarantee the availability or reliability of the service. Users are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from the links they create using our service.

6. User Rights Under GDPR

As a user, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to data portability and the right to object to the processing of your personal data. For any inquiries or requests related to your data, please contact us at hello@dube.io.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
